1. The types of plastic
There are tens types of plastic applied: PVC PE PP PC PS ABS resin PA PET, etc.
2. The ingredients in PET plastic: vinyon-terephthalate and polyphenyl-biformate-diester.
3. Not all plastic tubes are suitable for making vacuum blood collection tube, the following elements should be involved:
(1) Strong stability: must be materials with strong drug resistance, which inactive in chemical reaction.
(2) Strong compatibility with human body: arousing no chemical reaction with substances in human body.
(3) Minimum moisture penetrability and air penetrability: to retain the quantum of additive and negative  pressure
(4) Easy for disinfect and sterilization
(5) Compared with glass tube, be burnable
(6) Frost resistance: be able to preserved under minus 20oC, beware of hemolysis. |
