Sekisui Medical (CHINA), dedicated in professional BCT system

Sekisui Medical Technology (CHINA) Ltd. has become 100% owned by Sekisui Chemical from December 21st 2009. Its predecessor is Beijing Sekisui Trank Medical Technology Co,. Ltd. which was established in Beijing in 2003.

With more than 25 years accumulation of BCT (Blood Collection Tube) experience, Sekisui Chemical transfers its sophisticated technology and devotes to make Japan standard BCT production base in China. Sekisui Medical Technology (CHINA) Ltd. has its registered capital of USD 12 million and the total investment of first stage is USD 29 million. The production base designed annual production capacity of 200 million pieces of Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes when all stages finished. Sekisui Medical (CHINA) has obtained major international quality system certificates, including CE, ISO13485:2003, ISO9001:2000, IVD, Japan GMP, etc.

At present, Sekisui Chemical is developing various businesses in China with focus on The Urban Infrastructure and Environmental Products and High Performance Plastic Products designed for automobile, medicine and IT industries. At end of March 2006, there are 15 plants and companies operating in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan).
